Job Description

A Senior Credit Transaction Officer is responsible for ensuring a first line of defense within CIB by providing independent reporting, monitoring, and control of risks taken by CIB on Corporate clients.

">

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Ensure correct implementation of deals with regards to legal documentation and booking in Bank's systems
  • Verify legal documentation conformity regarding Credit committee decisions for credit risk and alert Business & Risk in case of breach
  • Analyse transaction details for accurate booking in bank's operation/ risk systems
  • Ensure counterparty risk conformity into Bank's systems in regards to Credit committee decisions, Bank and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and maintain risk data inputs into Risk systems used in control and reporting of credit/counterparty risk
  • Monitor deal lifecycle events (amendments, acquisitions…) and ensure respect for Business specificities and/or risk requirements prior to request processing

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in banking/finance sector or equivalent
  • Good understanding of financial products and risk concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Written and oral fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Autonomy and capacity to take initiative
