Senior Residential Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage care, catering, cleaning, and house services within a female religious order setting in Cork City.
- Lead and manage a team of 6 staff members to ensure high standards of performance, compliance, and service delivery.
- Oversee food quality and hygiene throughout the entire food cycle, from preparation to delivery.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation and budget management.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and seek new opportunities for service growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Garda Vetting clearance prior to starting the role.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in care, hospitality, or facilities management, and strong IT literacy.
- Proven experience managing teams in a care or residential environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget oversight and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and services.
- It is desirable that candidates have Level 5 Certificate in Care skills and/or Care of the Older Person.
