Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to provide exceptional service in our busy bar environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Supportive Role: Support bar operations during events, weddings, and busy service periods by working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment is crucial.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is necessary to meet business demands.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and basic cocktails is required.
  • Cocktail-Making: Barista or cocktail-making skills are a plus.
