We are seeking a Personal Lines Retention Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of APA qualification and experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles, ideally within personal lines insurance.
The role involves proactively contacting existing clients to discuss policy renewals, ensuring continued coverage and customer satisfaction.
The specialist will also engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide custom-made insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing the renewal process for personal lines policies, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and addressing and resolving client issues and complaints promptly.
In addition, the successful candidate will identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and services that align with client needs.
They will stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide clients with relevant and competitive insurance solutions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, preparing reports on retention activities, and providing insights to management on retention performance are also key aspects of the job.
