We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our payroll team. The ideal candidate will oversee the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for assigned UK and Irish entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the calculation of PAYE, PRSI, USC, Pensions, and other statutory and voluntary deductions, as well as completion of all payroll changes.
  • Responsible for Revenue Real-Time Payroll Reporting requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Complete social welfare, loss of earnings, and other forms required by employees while maintaining accurate payroll records and dealing with internal/external auditors as needed.
  • Monitor and implement revenue and legislative updates relevant to payroll.
  • Evaluate and update policies and procedures around payroll and areas within HR Administration to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Commercial & Finance departments on all payroll and tax-related operations and reporting for management purposes.
  • Liaise with the wider HR department regarding employee information for new hires, exits, and amendments that require processing through local HRIS and payroll systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in payroll management, preferably with knowledge of UK and Irish payroll regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
