Financial Director Role:

The Financial Director is accountable for leading the company's financial activities and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. To be successful, you will need a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and produce monthly financial reports and annual accounts.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to address any queries or concerns.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Monitor and improve financial systems and processes continuously.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team and other employees as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Director (5+ years PQE).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
