Job Title: Chief Tax Strategist
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled tax professional to fill the newly created role of Chief Tax Strategist. This position will play a critical role in shaping the future of our tax division, working closely with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax advice and solutions to our expanding client base.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, building and developing client relationships, and providing strategic tax advice. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and building a high-performing tax team.
- Building and developing client relationships across a broad spectrum of taxes.
- Assisting with consultancy and M&A assignments, including corporate restructurings.
- Tax research for consultancy assignments.
- Tax planning and strategic tax advice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A keen interest in contributing to our firm's strategic growth and direction.
- Possession of strong project management skills, with experience of leading large-scale tax projects.
- The ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
