Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading a team of managers to provide exceptional service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing growth & retention strategies for new and existing businesses
  • Supporting the sales team in developing financially sound bids and proposals
  • Delivering profit for the region through leadership and support for Unit Managers
  • Reviewing unit and contract performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring compliance
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Senior management experience with operational teams
  • Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
