Human Resources Talent Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Recruitment/Human Resources Business Partner. This exciting opportunity offers full autonomy across the HR remit, with support from the HR consultant and administrator.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and completing reference checks. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and rolling out new HRIS and Time/Attendance Systems, lead on and act as a specialist HR Advisor to managers on employee relations cases, such as conducting disciplinaries and grievances, and liaise with the finance department regarding weekly and monthly payroll, including notifying them of new starters, leavers, employees going on maternity or paternity leave.
- Develop strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to enhance business performance through effective talent management.
- Implement comprehensive recruitment processes that attract, engage, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees on HR queries, such as payroll, sickness absence, and holiday entitlement.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an HR generalist.
- Experience in assisting with system implementation, leading on recruitment, and employee relations cases.
- Skill in absence management, performance management, and liaising with payroll.
- Preferrable to have a CIPD qualification or HR degree.
