Job Description

The main objective of this role is to efficiently manage the receipt and storage of goods within the store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure stockroom, handling returns, and adhering to HACCP and Health & Safety standards.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in stock management is desirable.

Main Duties:

  • Verify goods received against delivery dockets.
  • Maintain a secure back stores area by controlling supplier movement.
  • Submit invoice/delivery documentation daily.
  • Adhere to stocktaking procedures.
  • Manage returns and ensure correct storage and documentation.
  • Break down, store, and return combis as required.
  • Interact with customers and suppliers professionally.
  • Follow waste disposal and store security procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HACCP knowledge is an asset.
  • Prioritization and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and flexibility are necessary.
