The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has experience working in a similar role or has relevant qualifications
  • Is familiar with Microsoft Office and CRMs (desirable)
  • Is highly motivated, energetic, and positive
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can remain calm under pressure and diffuse potentially difficult situations
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of student residences
  • Maintain a comfortable and safe living environment for all residents
  • Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Support the Residence Manager in daily operations and decision-making
  • Report to the supplier regarding meal provisions for staff and students during the summer
  • Establish and communicate clear rules regarding meal times, curfews, and residence nights
  • Assist residents with queries, ensuring prompt follow-up and excellent customer service
  • Address welfare and disciplinary issues in collaboration with the Residence Manager
  • Assist with the training and supervision of temporary staff and interns
  • Participate in student intakes and first-week orientation sessions
