Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, coordinate and implement building services systems, including mechanical and electrical services.
  2. Develop and manage building information models using Revit and AutoCAD software.
  3. Support engineers in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
  5. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a CAD/Revit technician within a consultancy or engineering environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of BIM processes and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  3. Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services design principles.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  5. A relevant technical qualification in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is desirable.
