We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in the Pharmaceutical and Mission Critical sectors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, with the ability to work in partnership at all levels. They will be responsible for acting as a Lead Engineer on projects, delivering high-valued input to our cutting-edge designs.
The role will also involve supporting and mentoring team members, and working collaboratively with designers, clients, and contractors.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience in the design of Building Services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors.
- Design, manage, and coordinate production of all Building Services systems, including HVAC, Utilities, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for large-scale projects.
- Lead the design from concept to handover.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and further develop our design capability.
- Attend design team meetings.
- Conduct onsite inspections.
- Develop and guide team members working under your supervision.
- Liaise and interact with the wider project team.
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make presentations and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence.
