Job Role Summary:

A seasoned Senior Building Services Engineer is required to spearhead the design, management and coordination of Building Services systems for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee Building Services systems, encompassing HVAC, Utilities, Plumbing and Fire Protection
  • Lead the design process from concept to construction administration
  • Mentor and guide team members under your supervision
  • Collaborate with project teams, including designers, clients and contractors
  • Ensure designs adhere to applicable codes and standards

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Building Services system design, preferably in a consultancy environment
  • Proficient in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo
  • Honours degree in Building Services or Mechanical engineering
  • Experience working in a collaborative BIM environment
