Medical Manufacturing Expert

The role of a medical manufacturing expert is to lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers.

This includes optimizing existing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness, as well as designing and developing manufacturing processes, including equipment selection, layout, and validation activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions, lead process validation activities, and develop and document manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering or a related field, with experience in medical device manufacturing, operations, and engineering.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements for medical devices, as well as proficiency in process validation, risk management, and statistical analysis techniques.
