Medical Information Specialist

The role of a Medical Information Specialist is crucial in delivering high-quality medical communications to customers, enhancing patient care, and advancing the quality and transparency of research. This position combines scientific knowledge with communication expertise to provide meaningful and relevant medical content that enables informed and balanced treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enquiries Management: Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate and non-promotional information in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Create, Promote and Maintain Operational Excellence: Share effective methods and practices with colleagues to satisfy customer needs and provide input/feedback to continuously improve daily processes.
  • Compliance: Integrate compliance into daily activities and ensure adverse event and product complaints are processed within timelines and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care, natural sciences, pharmacy, nutritional specialists, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent active listening skills with effective verbal skills to respond to customers with a rational and empathetic manner.
  • Fluent English and native-level German language proficiency.
