Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the Supply Network Planner role, based in Limerick, Ireland.

This position will be responsible for supply network planning for our Surgical Vision products, ensuring timely product delivery to customers.

Key objectives of this role include:

  • Propagating net requirements upstream within the value stream and managing constrained plans downstream across supply chain nodes.
  • Developing and executing regional deployment plans across multiple locations efficiently.
  • Analyzing and resolving multi-site constraints to balance demand and supply.
  • Reviewing distribution forecasts, managing inventory transfers, and coordinating movement between supply chain nodes.
  • Verifying and integrating supply chain optimization data, forecasts, and transactional information.
  • Handling deployment order exceptions—reviewing, approving, modifying, or rejecting as needed.
  • Communicating the business impact of planning and allocation trade-offs, facilitating scenario planning, and escalating issues through the IBP process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in planning and supply chain management, including materials planning and/or procurement.
  • Preferably, experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/APO/SNP); advanced planning systems (OMP) is desirable.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to translate complex business scenarios into simple working solutions.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certification and Supply Chain Certification are highly desirable.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
