As an Inventory Lead, you will oversee and optimize inventory control procedures across multiple Distribution Centres within the EMEA region. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and system integrity through proactive cycle count management, SAP IDOC/EDI resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position also plays a critical role in supporting product availability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control & Optimization
  • Devise and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee monthly cycle counts, analyse variances, and report findings to senior management
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly inventory synchronization activities across the region
  • Resolve SAP IDOC/EDI errors in collaboration with IT and BPX teams to maintain data integrity
  • Supervise internal inventory movements within DCs and manage replenishment processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management within a 3PL or multi-site distribution environment

• Strong experience with SAP (MM/WM/EWM modules), IDOC/EDI processes, and inventory reconciliation

• Proficient in LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional teams

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational excellence

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, quality systems, and inventory audit protocols
