Senior Construction Coordinator Job Opportunity

  • Oversee site operations, ensuring all health and safety protocols are rigorously upheld.
  • Monitor project schedules and take early action to mitigate potential delays.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to align efforts.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and civil/groundworks teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records including labor/material allocation sheets.
  • Coordinate logistics for safe and efficient site movement.
  • Lead construction activities from foundation through to finish, including boundary walls, paving, and landscaping.

Requirements:

  • Trade background preferred with a solid understanding of residential construction phases.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused individual with a methodical approach.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Capable of juggling multiple site priorities while maintaining focus on key milestones.
