You will be responsible for monitoring the delivery schedule and taking early action to mitigate potential delays. Your proactive approach will help maintain quality standards and ensure the smooth delivery of works.
Your duties will include overseeing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing labour and material allocation sheets, and coordinating logistics to ensure safe and efficient site movement. You will also be responsible for managing waste management records and acting as a brand ambassador on site, promoting a strong customer-first culture.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of residential construction phases and a strong track record in delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
You should be a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, highly organised and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to your work. Self-driven and able to manage responsibilities independently, you will be capable of juggling multiple site priorities while maintaining focus on key milestones.
