Bed Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assume the role of Bed Manager in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage daily admissions, scheduling, and bed management processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the multidisciplinary team through coordination and collaboration
  • Ensuring compliance with Bartra Healthcare Standards of Quality Care
  • Developing rapport with critical stakeholders

Requirements for Success:

  • Registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • Continuous professional development and evidence of up-to-date training

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology
  • Management qualifications and experience
  • Knowledge of organization of health services nationally and internationally
