Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager.

In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while driving sales growth and market expansion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate and finalize joint business plans with clients to identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Manage the financial performance of the brand and client relationships to ensure profitability.
  • Implement and execute new product listings, promotional activities, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of four years of FMCG sales experience, preferably as a Key Account Manager or National Account Manager.
  • Proven experience in developing, negotiating, and implementing comprehensive joint business plans that deliver results.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain focus and control throughout complex negotiations.
  • Strong team player who can balance individual accountability with team functional responsibility.
