Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support daily hotel operations in Wicklow.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations across Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Events teams.
  • Support bar, restaurant, and event teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee conference and banqueting setups, turnarounds, and service standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Liaise with all departments for seamless communication and handovers.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure operational standards are upheld.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a Duty Manager role in a 4-star hotel or higher.
  • Strong Food and Beverage background with event experience.
  • Front Office knowledge beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems an advantage.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively. They must also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working well in a team environment.
