Senior Event Producer Role

We seek an experienced event producer to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in leading medium to large-scale projects from brief to wrap.
  • Expertise in ensuring brand consistency and experience design principles across all projects.
  • Strong budget management skills with regular updates to finance.
  • Ability to source, secure and contract venues, equipment, facilities and speakers.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ year's experience in experience design and event production.
  • Experience in running medium to large-scale brand experiences and conferencing.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Production management experience - crew, production, budget ownership and management.
  • Driver's license and preferably own car.

We operate from Dublin, London, New York and LA, working with clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, resources, and timelines.
  2. Event Coordination: Coordinate events, including venue selection, logistics, vendors, and speaker arrangements.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in senior event production roles.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability.
