We are seeking an accomplished Business Manager to lead our sales teams and drive revenue growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record of success in the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maximise profitability through the sale of financial services and products, finance and insurance to customers purchasing a vehicle from our dealerships.
  • To complete sales processes consistently with the integrity of our dealerships and provide exceptional customer service.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Accurately completing all relevant documentation to legal standards and those of the Financial Services provider.
  • Completing and maintaining accurate records of car sales and F & I performance, including receipt of all payments due.
  • Administering all customer settlement enquiries.
  • Establishing relationships with other sources of finance to handle business not acceptable to another provider.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the motor trade.
  • A full and clean Irish or EU driving licence.
  • A full-time work VISA.
