Job Title: German - Digital Business Development Specialist
">Job Description:We are seeking a skilled German speaker to join our team as a Digital Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating quality infrastructure solutions for new business prospects identified through various channels.
">Responsibilities:- Service inbound sales inquiries via live chats, phone calls, and direct email communications.
- Onboard new customers through both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Ensure high sales win rates through aggressive relationship management and follow-up activities to convert prospects into new accounts.
- Contribute to company sales goals through individual performance achievements.
- Leverage current customer referrals to identify new prospects and close new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems for lead and opportunity tracking.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Sales acumen and experience working in a fast-paced selling environment with direct customer interaction.
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to maintain a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven setting.
- Self-sufficiency with ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work a set schedule with willingness and flexibility to adjust when necessary (may include early, late, or weekend hours).
- Ability to leverage resources throughout the business to solve complex problems.
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in English and German.
- High school diploma with bachelor's degree in business, communications, or technology (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 1-2 years sales experience with focus on cloud solutions preferred.
