GPU Architect

A fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled architect to join a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing.

  • Develop and optimize hardware designs for GPU architecture, focusing on shader processing, graphics pipelines, memory subsystems, interconnects, and power management.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of complex algorithms and requirements, identifying advanced ways to improve performance, power consumption, and cost efficiency.
  • Design and develop microarchitectures, specifications, and RTL for new-generation designs.
  • Verify and debug corresponding designs throughout entire project cycles, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Optimize silicon costs and improve clock speeds.
  • Troubleshoot silicon issues related to product design.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience; maximum 20 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog design, Synopsys synthesis, low-power design, test plan development, coverage-based design verification.
  • Experience with Computer Architecture, Arithmetic Logic Units, Low Power Design, C/C++/Python programming languages is desirable.
  • Previous experience in designing RTL for GPU, CPU, DSP, Machine Learning, cache, controller, video, display, camera blocks in ASIC is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Graphics APIs (OpenGL, Vulkan, Direct3D) is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
