We are seeking an experienced Retail Leader to oversee our menswear store in Rathfarnham, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

  • Lead a small team to deliver a premium-level customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence where building client relationships and trust is at the heart of everything.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including sales, stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
  • Drive sales through effective leadership, customer engagement, and attention to detail.
  • Train, coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store reflects our premium positioning.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with buyers on product performance and customer preferences.
  • Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.
  • Implementation and management of an online presence.

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, ideally in menswear or a premium retail environment.
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
  • Strong customer service ethos with a genuine passion for offering a personalised service.
  • Confident in driving performance and taking ownership of store results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
