Store Manager - Rathfarnham

We are seeking a confident and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our high-end menswear store in Rathfarnham.


Job Description

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a small team to deliver a premium-level customer experience. You will foster a service-driven culture where building client relationships and trust is at the heart of everything.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays that drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A minimum of 2 years retail management experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
