We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide top-level business support to our senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leaders by understanding their requirements and priorities, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of directors, aligning with company objectives and calendars.
  • Prepare accurate documents, reports, and presentations that support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including financial reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Solid executive assistant experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills, proven in supporting senior leaders and coordinating multiple tasks.
