The successful candidate will oversee high-value pre-qualification processes and bids at all stages. They'll work in Dublin, meticulously preparing submissions to meet tight deadlines. The Bid Manager will collaborate with senior executives and technical experts across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities through the bid/no bid decision process and prepare content for pre-qualification questionnaires and tender responses.
  2. Develop our information library by collecting project data and updating sector information, preparing high-quality bids, including graphics.
  3. Manage tender queries and follow up on bid decisions, inputting data into the bid management platform.

This role requires an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  1. A level 6 certificate or equivalent qualification in business or technical discipline is desirable.
  2. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, including previous experience in preparing and coordinating bids and proposals in a relevant industry.
  3. They should be proficient in MS Office 365 applications and have strong organisational skills.
  4. Prior experience in InDesign and Creative Cloud applications is desirable.
