We are seeking an experienced Bid Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role is a temporary position until September 2025, with the possibility of extension or permanency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bid/tender/proposal/sales or presales, preferably in the engineering/construction industry or professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the bid management process from inception to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Ethos and our subcontractors to gather information for creating winning bid proposal documents.
  • Conduct client research to understand their requirements and tailor bids accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the Leadership Team to compile technical and financial information required for bids.
