Drive International Expansion as Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and growth targets in the bioprocessing sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies.
  • Represent the company at high-profile events, positioning it as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and present tailored solutions that meet complex client needs.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services
  • Experience in bioprocessing is highly desirable
  • Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Proven success in EMEA markets
  • Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable with regular travel to other countries
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
