Senior Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor/Plant Operator to oversee the daily operations of our power plant. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, coordinating with field personnel, and acting as the primary point of contact for the National Control Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate the plant and optimize process parameters.
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Act as the daily point of contact for the National Control Centre.
- Monitor and record various process parameters.
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and equipment overhauls.
- Ensure all systems remain operational and regularly maintained.
- Support and train Operators during shifts and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in key areas.
- Manage inventory of consumables and materials.
- Preserve and store technical documentation properly.
- Enforce safety and hygiene regulations.
- Technical/vocational training in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Practical certification in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience as a plant operator or shift supervisor in power generation facilities.
- Knowledge and experience with Industrial supervision systems.
- Proficiency in mechanical workshop tasks, repairs, and overhauls of electro-mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with handling, storage, and treatment of fuels and lubricants.
- Proven inventory management skills.
