Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting and finance transformation, ideally with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, and digital tools such as ERP and EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Experience delivering transformation projects from design through to implementation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and development, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in finance transformation.
