Senior Project Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to spearhead a 6-month undertaking for an educational institution in Galway.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge eMarketplace solution within defined time and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and devise solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage partnerships and supplier contracts, ensuring procurement compliance and optimal value realization.
- Supervise a team of project staff members, guaranteeing specified services are delivered against service descriptions and specifications.
- E nsure all activities are conducted in accordance with established project and service management protocols.
- Coordinate user training and develop budget proposals.
- Five years' experience working at an intermediate level in IT or a related field.
- A proven track record of implementing IT projects within budget and defined timelines.
- A working knowledge of IT architecture for finance enterprise systems.
- Demonstrable experience of collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Qualifications: A Level 9 qualification in IT/Management or equivalent.
