Lead Talent Development Strategist

MKO, Ireland's largest consultancy in Planning, Ecology and Environmental fields, is seeking a visionary leader to elevate its talent and leadership development practice.

  • This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with 5+ years of relevant experience in leading talent/L&D initiatives in consultancy-driven environments.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can design and deliver high-impact learning & development initiatives that build managerial capability, nurture emerging talent, and embed a culture of continuous learning.

About you:

  • A bachelor's degree in HRM, education, business or related field is required.
  • Proven experience shaping and delivering learning and development strategies.
  • Designed and overseen leadership and succession programmes that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in supporting and embedding feedback, coaching, and continuous growth within teams.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering a talent development strategy aligned to business objectives and strategic growth. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering high-impact leadership development initiatives to build managerial capability and create succession pipelines.
  • Developing and implementing learning pathways covering leadership development, technical skills, and professional skills.
  • Facilitating team coaching to enhance collaboration, alignment, and high performance across teams.
  • Establishing and maintaining data-driven measurement and reporting to track impact and guide future development efforts.
