Job Title:

: Senior Financial Data Architect.

Responsibilities:

Data Design & Modelling (Data Architecture).

• Develop comprehensive, structured financial datasets for analytics and reporting purposes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business requirements and consumer needs.

• Design and implement optimized data structures to enhance query performance and data integrity.

• Partner with finance, compliance, and risk teams to define dataset permissions and access rules.

About You:.

• 6-10 years of experience in data modelling, data architecture, or data engineering in the financial services industry.

• Proven expertise in designing structured financial datasets for analytics and reporting.

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and SQL-based data modelling.

• Ability to translate business needs into structured data models.

Qualifications & Skills:.

Technical Requirements:.

• Advanced SQL skills (Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar) - ability to build complex data models.

• Data Modelling (Star Schema, Normalization, Dimensional Modelling) - strong expertise in structuring datasets.

• ETL & Data Transformation (dbt, SQL Views, Dataflows, or similar) - experience optimizing data for financial reporting.

• Python skills (Pandas, PySpark, NumPy) - nice-to-have for advanced data manipulation.
