Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Supplier Quality function, including Incoming Inspection/Sampling/Dock to stock, Supplier 'in-process' performance, MRB/RTV, and Supplier Selection and Approval.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of incoming material from all suppliers to maximize yields and minimize production fails and scrap.
  • Develop and implement strategies for supplier appraisal, selection, approval, and management.
  • Conduct supplier auditing, rating, development, and improvement activities.
  • Create, analyze, report, and improve Supplier Quality Metrics.
  • Review and approve AVL change requests and drive Supplier Corrective and Preventative action improvements.

Ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements is also essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by senior leadership.
