A key leadership role that drives strategic execution in quality assurance and new product introduction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manager to join our team as we embark on a journey of quality excellence. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving the execution of quality strategies for new product introductions (NPI). Your primary focus will be on speed-to-market, risk mitigation, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products at launch.
  • Influence the development and introduction of new products, processes, and technologies, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Drive robust preventative measures and improvements in product quality and process design.

You will work closely with regional NPI QA leaders to share best practices, leverage lessons learned, and drive partnership and consistency within the global NPI QA team.

You will also collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver successful new product introductions that meet our project goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
