Enterprise Windows Server Infrastructure Expert

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex Windows Server environments.

  • Provide high-level Windows Server support and administration expertise, including Active Directory, File Services, DFS, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Windows Clustering, Certificate Authorities, and more.
  • Design, implement, and manage automation activities within the Windows Server perimeter to optimize efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Review, recommend, and implement enhancements that improve performance, reliability, security, and scalability within the Windows Server environment.
  • Assist with O365 tenant management, identity security, reporting, licensing, and BAU automation.
  • Liaise with IT teams, business teams, and vendors to ensure seamless Windows Server system implementation, high availability, backup, monitoring, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience as a Windows Server Engineer/Architect.
  • Expert-level understanding of Microsoft Windows Server OS versions: 2022, 2019 (Core & GUI), 2016, 2012 R2.
  • High-level expertise in Windows Server core infrastructure services: Active Directory/Azure AD, Group Policies, DFS/DFSR, Certificate Authorities, DHCP & DNS, Windows Server clustering/high-availability solution.
  • Substantial experience managing physical server infrastructure.
  • Advanced PowerShell/automation scripting skills.
  • Strong experience with patch/configuration management solutions: Ivanti, Tanium, SCCM, DSC.
