Job Title: Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join our dynamic IT team as an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and implementing both cloud-based and on-premise Microsoft services.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated tools. You will be responsible for administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, configuring and maintaining Intune device compliance and security policies across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

Other key responsibilities include deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix environments, automating system administration tasks through PowerShell scripting, and monitoring, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure using RMM tools.

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Configure and maintain Intune device compliance and security policies across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix environments.
  • Automate system administration tasks through PowerShell scripting.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure using RMM tools (e.g., Kaseya, Datto, or similar).

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist role.
  • Proven expertise in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and FSLogix.
  • Proficient in PowerShell for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
