Service Coordinator

The role of Service Coordinator involves presenting a friendly and professional face to customers, providing efficient administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, booking services, maintaining a daily diary, welcoming customers, documenting car problems, consulting with mechanics, and scheduling appointments.

This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent administration skills, initiative-taking attitude, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and prior experience in reception or service roles.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, developing their skills and contributing to the success of the organization.

Salary: up to €32K - €35K per annum. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, onsite in Limerick.
