Job Title: Achieving Excellence in Commercial Valuations

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled commercial valuation professional. As a respected member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality valuation reports that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver accurate and timely valuation reports for commercial properties, utilising your knowledge of the property market and expertise in Red Book valuations.
  • To manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the provision of excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement efficient office processes and systems, improving productivity and service delivery.
  • To undertake research and market intelligence activities, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • To prepare and complete commercial valuation reports, adhering to all relevant standards and regulations.
  • To develop business development and client relationship management skills, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • To undertake developmental activities to broaden your experience and knowledge, including continuing professional development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of the property market and ability to apply this knowledge in a commercial context.
  • Strong numerical reasoning ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare written reports compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in utilising technology systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Understanding of and compliance with all relevant legislation, including PSRA Act, Anti Money Laundering, BER, and Data Protection Legislation.
