Production Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Production Team Leader to join our team. This key position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, driving performance metrics, and fostering a productive work environment.

The successful candidate will be accountable for leading their area of responsibility, ensuring seamless operations, and providing guidance to direct reports.

Apart from leading the team, you will also be involved in planning, training, recruitment, and problem-solving initiatives that promote employee growth and productivity.

  • Responsibilities include organizing tasks, prioritizing workload, managing headcounts, and providing hands-on support as needed.
  • You will conduct recruitment, induction, production planning, and provide coaching to employees to improve problem-solving skills.

Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, inventory control, and data-driven decision-making. Strong communication skills and experience with lean principles, 5S, Kaizen, and waste elimination are essential for success in this position.

Our ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with expertise in materials/inventory planning systems, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SAP. Knowledge of electromechanical, mechatronics, chemical, and systems integration is a plus.
