Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, keeping things running smoothly, and working with different teams to solve practical challenges.

  • Support key service and logistics activities by managing and documenting transactions, processing receipts in ERP systems, creating and managing requests for quotes, approving and tracking quotes and orders, archiving and organizing documentation, generating work orders for repairs, coordinating with third-party vendors, conducting stock counts and maintenance checks, providing weekly updates to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining and distributing periodic reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A post-school qualification
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or supply chain/maintenance planning
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems to manage tasks and information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments by sharing information, coordinating tasks, and supporting shared goals
  • Curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas or improvements
  • Understanding of how your work contributes to broader goals
