National Centre Strength and Conditioning Opportunity

Our strategy aims to provide strategic coaching opportunities in high-performance environments, amplifying athlete potential and success. As part of this approach, we offer a 1-year part-time coaching contract for a motivated practitioner who can deliver strength and conditioning services at the highest levels of sport.

The successful candidate will support the physical preparation of athletes based in our National Centre (Dublin) with primary responsibility for athletes within the Development section of the Programme. They will also benefit from opportunities to work in other centres on occasions.

We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills and leadership potential, who can establish and maintain strong relationships with athletes and key partners. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of our Performance programme and promote the growth of athletes.

The selected candidate will assist in the preparation of Centre's athletes for international meets, operating according to our Swim Ireland Performance Plan. This is a part-time post paid on a contractual basis, with approximately 12 hours per week contracted during 2025.

  • DELIVER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SERVICES AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SPORT.
