Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel and its team of staff.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Hotels Operations Director to set strategic goals and targets.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of all departments within the hotel, particularly food & beverage and sales & events.

They should also possess experience in training and developing staff and heads of department.

A proven track record in achieving results and targets is essential for this role.

This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 45 people on busy shifts.
  • Drive sales initiatives in conjunction with the sales team and Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to the role.
  • Coordinate the Health & Safety agenda in the property.
