Job Title: Marketing Campaign Director

This role involves leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate new customers and build a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including programmatic, social media, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to ensure campaigns are technically accurate and effectively represent our products.
  • Organize and promote our presence at trade shows and exhibitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a performance or digital marketing role within a B2B organization.
  • A proven track record of hitting lead and pipeline targets through effective campaign management.
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company targeting enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on working experience with programmatic advertising channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
