Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing annual financial statements, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, technical accounting, regulatory financial compliance reporting and internal and external stakeholder reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pieta is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager to report to the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Duties will include but not limited to, managing and leading members of the finance team, providing significant input and support across the department and to the Chief Financial Officer.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully Qualified Accountant with professional accountancy body
  • Minimum 5 years PQE working in finance function in a senior position
  • Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector desirable
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload and to meet deadlines on time
  • Strong analytical and reporting experience
  • Successful track record of introducing and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent leadership and people management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship skills for internal and external collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Advanced IT skills and working knowledge of MS Office and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative with a strong team and collaborative mindset
